What is a "Rise Workshop"?

Rise Workshops blend movement, real guided conversations about identity and growth, and an intimate group session for reflection and connection. You leave feeling stronger in your body, clearer in your mind, and supported in who you are becoming.

BRING RISE TO YOUR STUDIO

The Rise Studio Intensive is a 2-part identity-based experience designed to elevate instructor teams and transform studio communities. This immersive program combines leadership development, embodied movement, and guided reflection to help instructors teach and lead from authenticity, enhance studio culture, and create a supportive environment that keeps members engaged and coming back.

Over the course of two days, instructors, leadership, and community participants will explore identity, presence, confidence, and leadership in ways that go beyond traditional training. This is about aligning leadership with identity, strengthening presence, and fostering a culture of trust, connection, and belonging.

By the end of the intensive, your studio will have instructors who lead from clarity and confidence, a team that supports each other and your mission, and a community that feels seen, supported, and inspired to engage fully.

  • January 4th - Rise Into the New Year

    This 90 minute workshop is a full mind-body reset designed to help you let go of what's holding you back, rebuild your energy and confidence, and step fully into the year ahead.Through movement, reflection, and celebration, you'll leave feeling lighter, stronger and ready to RISE into your next chapter with purpose and power. This workshop will include 45 minutes of movement, intentional reflection work, and practices you can take with you to step into the best version of yourself.

  • March 22nd - Rise Within

    A body-positive Rise Workshop created to help build self-love, confidence, and a more compassionate relationship within yourself.

    This 90-minute movement-based experience combines cycling with guided reflection and self-work using the Rise with Reagan approach. Rather than focusing on changing things about yourself, you rise by learning how to love the person in the mirror.

    Through movement and reflective prompts, you’ll learn to feel confident in who you are, both on and off the bike.

    Open to all. No experience needed. Just the willingness to show up as you are.
