Faith-centered coaching and community for fitness instructors.
The Magic
Faith isn’t separate from your leadership in the fitness industry, it’s the foundation of it. When you combine the two, you lead differently and create impact beyond the workout.
Through Rise, you’re surrounded by instructors who are choosing the same thing: to grow in Christ, to lead from faith, and to build spaces that carry something deeper.
You’re called to create a space where people can experience the light of the Lord.
Instructor Mentorships
“ When I started this mentorship, my mind felt crowded with doubt. I questioned whether I had lost too much of myself to continue leading in the spin industry. I wasn’t confident in who I was or in the gifts I had to offer others in and out of the spin room. I found myself listening to the constant noise in my head telling me I wasn’t good enough or attracting enough people. What used to feel freeing and joyful had become something I was simply going through the motions with.
After just the first week of Rise, and through Reagan’s constant encouragement, my perspective began to shift. I realized I wasn’t asking for help, I was asking for more. Reagan poured into me in every conversation and helped me challenge the lies I had believed so easily. She guided me toward seeing who I am truly called to be-not just as an instructor, but as a friend, a daughter, a coworker, and in every area of my life.
Through these conversations and diving into showing up authentically, my faith has deepened in ways I truly did not expect. I’ve been reminded that my identity isn’t found in performance or perfection, but in who God says I am. I’ve learned to quiet the noise of comparison and lean into His truth that I am created with purpose, wonderfully made, and I am already enough through Him. The gifts I have weren’t given to me by accident, but they were placed in me intentionally to reflect His light and love to others. And by trusting Him more fully, I’ve found a new confidence rooted in His calling over my life.”
