Hi, I’m Reagan!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over six years now, specializing in spin and mat Pilates.

I was born and raised in Lexington, KY, and moved to Charleston, SC after college.

Yes—I’m one of the many who visited once and decided to stay. I knew it was home when I stumbled upon a coffee shop called “RISE.”

My relationship with God is the foundation of everything I do, and it’s what gives this work its true meaning. My walk in obedience with the Lord hasn’t always been simple, but it’s in that obedience that I’ve learned how to shine my light while helping others do the same.

I want every instructor to fully recognize their identity, purpose, and unique gifts. You were not made to be replicated. It’s time to step boldly into your faith-rooted identity in Christ.

    This mentorship is a space where faith is part of the foundation, but you’re not expected to be at a certain level spiritually to apply. What matters most is your openness to growth, reflection, and learning how to lead from a rooted place.

  • Many instructors are trained in what to do, but not always in how to stay rooted in who they are while doing it.

    Without that foundation, it’s easy to fall into comparison, performance, or self-doubt. This mentorship was created to help bridge that gap by supporting instructors in leading from their identity in Christ.
