Reagan LeRoy
Hi, I’m Reagan!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over six years now, specializing in spin and mat Pilates.
I was born and raised in Lexington, KY, and moved to Charleston after college.
Yes—I’m one of the many who visited once and decided to stay. I knew it was home when I stumbled upon a coffee shop called “RISE.”
I’m a morning person, and my firecracker energy starts the moment I get out of bed.
My superpower is my natural (non-caffeinated) energy and my ability to see strengths in others before they can see them in themselves!
I believe people must face their fears head-on to become the most confident version of themselves.
I also believe that choosing to RISE above any circumstance is a gift.
My relationship with God is at the center of everything I do. My faith anchors my purpose and allows me to shine authentically in this industry.
I can’t wait to use my light to brighten yours. You can’t be replicated, and it’s time for you to believe that too. Let’s RISE together..

Instructors,
I was once in your shoes.
Before mentoring fitness instructors and leading sold-out rooms, I was the girl who was told “no” at my very first spin studio. I remember walking out feeling crushed and embarrassed, and questioning whether I was capable of leading in an industry I had always dreamed off.
I remember thinking,“ I just wish I had someone to believe in me - someone to tell me what to fix or reassure me that I wasn’t crazy for wanting this.”
But I didn’t. I had to choose to keep believing in myself anyway. I continued to show up. I practiced in empty rooms, studied leadership, watched countless videos, and stepped into my confidence one day at a time.
Slowly, things shifted. My rooms started filling. What once felt impossible began to feel natural. Others began to see it too - asking how I did it and sharing the same fears I once carried.
I realized that I had become the person I once needed.
Today, I combine my real-life studio experiences with instructor mentorship programs and confidence coaching, helping others RISE into the leaders they were created to be.
My mission is to be the mentor I once wished I had- someone who believes in you before you believe in yourself.
