This online workout series is a body-positive, movement-based workout series designed to help you build self-love, confidence, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

The 8-week program blends body-weight Pilates with guided reflection, meaningful community conversations, and intentional prompts that support both physical and emotional growth.

You’ll receive three 20-minute videos each week, each centered around different themes: Presence, acceptance, compassion, comparison, confidence, appreciation, self-love, and celebration.

No equipment needed. Just the willingness to start.

March 22nd | The Works Cycle | 4:00pm

This 90-minute movement-based experience combines cycling with guided reflection and self-work using the Rise with Reagan approach. Rather than focusing on changing things about yourself, you rise by learning how to love the person in the mirror. Through movement and reflective prompts, you’ll learn to feel confident in who you are, both on and off the bike.

Open to all. No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
